What Shapes My Perspective

I’m influenced by relational, psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential ideas. I’m interested in how early relationships shape us, how people adapt to survive emotionally, and how meaning and perspective affect the choices we make.

I believe that healing often involves grieving what wasn’t available, integrating parts of ourselves that learned to split off, and discovering new ways of relating — to ourselves and to others — with more honesty and agency.

Some of the ideas that shape my approach come from books I return to over and over again — not because they have all the answers, but because they help me listen more carefully and stay grounded in the work.
